    Is it hard to use?

    The equipment is not hard to use, but ratios for ingredients are very important for perfect rolls.

    For ice cream:

    • 2 parts double cream
    • 1 part condensed milk

    Mix well before pouring. This gives smooth, creamy rolls.

    For frozen yogurt:

    • 3 parts thick yogurt (Greek works best)
    • 1 part condensed milk or honey

    This keeps it creamy, not icy.

        How long does it stay cold while using it?

        Around 45 minutes, which is enough to make multiple batches.
        If your spread isn't freezing quickly enough, place it in the freezer for a couple of minutes to speed it up.

        After the first use, 2–4 hours in the freezer is usually enough to get it frozen again.
